This is your profile page, where you can add or change your published information on our Book A Therapist profile. Once you’ve added and published your information, you can set your hourly rate and availability, allowing clients to place and pay for bookings with you. You can publish your availability for face-to-face sessions in our rooms and or video sessions - which are supported by us via Whereby, a simple easy to use and secure video hosting platform. On each booking you will receive an email confirming details of the client and booking. If the booking is a video session, the secure link to the video meeting will also be sent. There is no obligation to be listed on the Book a Therapist page - it is completely your choice.

Terms of engagement

Listing is free, but a 5.5% service fee applies to all bookings received via the platform. Your net fee will be added to your account within 24 hours after the end of the session. All face-to-face bookings must take place in Talking Health rooms. All further sessions arranged with a client introduced via the booking platform must be booked through the Talking Health website, unfortunately failure to do so will result in your profile being permanently delisted from the platform.
